GM/AGM DAILY CHECKLIST

Receive update from previous shift
Review prior day audit pack (address team members as necessary)
Complete the DDR
Walk vacant ready rooms
Conduct occupied room walks
Run remaining guest checkout report
Update maintenance log
Ensure housekeeping log is updated
Ensure all doors (storage) are locked
Email all the folio adjustments/balances to CA and CC the area manager
Email new guest check-ins to marketing or update in forms in leads forms
Check all employee time sheets are up to date in time clock
Ensure vacant ready videos are sent by 12PM
Verify all vacant dirty room are updated in ASI
Check and respond to all emails
Verify office and lobby is clean
Ensure security signs in and out
Ensure all master keys are signed in and out
Report all issues to area manager
Verify all trash/debris is removed from all common areas.
